html5 data-* attributs

Sep 5, 2011 at 1:48 PM

hi all.

Why not use html5 data-* attributs instead of jqxb-datasource and jqxb-datamember ?

Is-it possible to change that ?

Thanks

Hi myasic,

The main reason consist exacly for that, that is it's more safe for jQXB (and for HTML5 too :-)) use different attributes to not create futures conflicts.

Anyway if you desire you can change costants in jQXB library before initialize call.

Ok, but you can choose a very clear name to you differentiate while maintaining the standard?

Ex :
data-jqxb-datasource
data-jqxb-datamember

Anyway, i already change constant as you suggest and it's work fine.

I would like to thank you for your work, your idea is great and easy to use.
I searched this kind of framework for a long time and tried backbone and knockout without success.

I finally find my happiness with jqxb.

Thanks for your appreciations myasic.

We'll like to post your feedback on our official site at www.jqxb.altervista.org with your permission.

In order to make site visitors certain to not read a "fake" it will be great to  get your really name and title if you wish.

Sincerely
