Select List without JQXB as source of items

Dec 20, 2011 at 2:54 PM

Hi,

I've been playing around with jqxb and I really like it. However I have a question....

I have a select list with hardcoded options and I'd like to data bind the selected option using JQXB but I don't want to use JQXB to generate the options e.g without using listsource, listvalue and listtext.

Is this possible?

Thanks in advance

Gareth

Solved.

It was so simple, I just applied the JQXB attributes as normal and it worked.

<select  id="Title"  jqxb-datamember="Title"  jqxb-datasource="global"  name="Title">
<option value="-1">Please select...</option>
<option value="Mr">Mr</option>
<option value="Mrs">Mrs</option>
<option value="Ms">Ms</option>
<option selected="selected" value="Miss">Miss</option>
<option value="Dr">Dr</option>
</select>
